[目的 ]探讨腺苷对肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用机制 .[方法 ]将大鼠随机分组 ,用免疫组织化学方法观察再灌注后的一氧化氮合酶的变化以及病理组织学变化 .[结果 ]缺血再灌注组诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达高于腺苷组和对照组 ,腺苷组和对照组之间无显著性差异 ;而内皮型一氧化氮合酶和神经元型一氧化氮合酶在各组中的表达无显著性差异 .[结论 ]腺苷对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用 .
[Objective] To explore the protective effect of adenosine on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. [Methods] The rats were randomly divided into groups, and the changes of nitric oxide synthase and histopathological changes after reperfusion were observed by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase in ischemia-reperfusion group was higher than that in adenosine group and control group, but there was no significant difference between adenosine group and control group. However, the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase and neurons There was no significant difference in the expression of nitric oxide synthase in each group. [Conclusion] Adenosine has a protective effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
