目的 探讨慢性肾衰患者血液脂质过氧化物及抗氧化酶的变化及血液透析对其影响。方法 用生化方法测定慢性肾衰透析及非透析患者血清脂质过氧化物、全血铜锌超氧化物歧化酶及谷光甘肽过氧化物酶。结果 透析患者与非透析患者两组血清脂质过氧化物较对照组明显升高,铜锌超氧化物歧化酶及谷光甘肽过氧化物酶明显降低;透析组较非透析组血清脂质过氧化物明显降低,而铜锌超氧化物歧化酶及谷光甘肽过氧化物酶无明显变化。结论 慢性肾衰患者脂质过氧化反应亢进,抗氧化能力降低。血液透析可降低血清脂质过氧化物水平。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipid peroxides and antioxidant enzymes in patients with chronic renal failure and the effects of hemodialysis on them. Methods Biochemical methods were used to determine serum lipid peroxides, whole blood copper, zinc superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in dialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Results Serum lipid peroxides in dialysis patients and non-dialysis patients were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of copper-zinc superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly decreased. Serum lipids Oxide significantly decreased, while copper-zinc superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase no significant change. Conclusions Patients with chronic renal failure have hyperlipidemia and decreased antioxidant capacity. Hemodialysis reduces serum lipid peroxides.
