Cu-Be合金的显著特点是时效后发生强烈的沉淀硬化,从而使合金获得了良好的弹性、强度、硬度和导电性。这种时效强化现象是脱溶过程本质的反映。本文对连续脱溶、不连续脱溶、晶界再结晶反应、及影响脱溶过程的主要因素进行了粗浅的探讨,最后提出了以2~5%晶界反应量作为正常时效的金相检查的标准。 The remarkable feature of Cu-Be alloy is the strong precipitation hardening after aging, so that the alloy has good elasticity, strength, hardness and electrical conductivity. This phenomenon of aging enhancement is a reflection of the essence of the desolvation process. In this paper, the continuous desolventization, discontinuous desolvation, grain boundary recrystallization, and the main factors that affect the desolvation process are discussed in detail. At last, the metallographic examination with 2 ~ 5% grain boundary reaction rate as normal aging Standard.
