50只山羊血液的氧饱和度(So_2)和氧分压(Po_2)间的关系为:So_2=97.38(0.1198)~(0.5683)~(10.2×PO_2-1) P<0.01山羊血液的P_(50)(So_2为50%时所对应的PO_2)与温度(T)、或pH、或二氧化碳分压(Pco_2)间的关系分别为:P50=0.73l8(T)+3.1409,P<0.01;1gP_(50)=-0.3934(pH)+4.4031,P<0.01;1gP_(50)=0.0115(Pco_2)+1.0041,P<0.01。T、pH和Pco_2对山羊血液P_(50)的影响与对人和狗血液P_(50)的影响不同。此不同可能与山羊血红蛋白(Hb)的氧亲和力不受二磷酸甘油酸(DPG)的影响有关。
The relationship between blood oxygen saturation (So_2) and partial pressure of oxygen (P_2O) in 50 goats was: So_2 = 97.38 (0.1198) ~ (0.5683) ~ (10.2 × PO_2-1) P <0.01 P_ ) (P 2 O 2) corresponding to 50% of So 2 were respectively as follows: P50 = 0.73l8 (T) + 3.1409, P <0.01; 1gP_ 50) = -0.3934 (pH) + 4.4031, P <0.01; 1gP_ (50) = 0.0115 (Pco_2) + 1.0041, P <0.01. The effects of T, pH and Pco 2 on P_ (50) in goat blood were different from those of P_ (50) in human and dog blood. This difference may be related to the oxygen affinity of goat hemoglobin (Hb) not affected by diphosphoglycerate (DPG).
