以嵌锁密实水泥混凝土为基础,采用等体积替代法掺加废旧橡胶粉,形成橡胶粉嵌锁密实水泥混凝土(RICC)。通过7种橡胶粉掺量的混凝土抗弯拉试验,分析RICC混凝土的荷载-挠度曲线,运用灰关联方法分析应变能与荷载和挠度的关联度,并将弯曲试验结果与已有试验结果进行对比。试验结果表明:RICC混凝土的总应变能与弹性应变能随橡胶粉掺量增加的变化趋势相同,在5%和20%时出现峰值,而塑性应变能仅有5%时出现峰值;灰关联分析表明应变能与荷载和挠度具有良好关系;试验结果与已有研究具有较大的相关性,但亦有各自的特点。
Based on embedded cement compact concrete, waste rubber powder is mixed by equal volume substitution method to form rubber powder embedded concrete (RICC). The load-deflection curves of RICC concrete were analyzed by seven kinds of rubber powder flexural tests. The gray relational method was used to analyze the correlation between strain energy and load and deflection. The bending test results were compared with the existing test results . The experimental results show that the total strain energy and elastic strain energy of RICC concrete have the same trends with the increase of the content of rubber powder, with the peak value at 5% and 20%, and the peak value at 5% of plastic strain energy. It shows that the strain energy has a good relationship with load and deflection. The test results have great correlation with the existing research, but also have their own characteristics.
