用荧光光谱法和吸收光谱法研究了在生理条件下吡啶甲酸铬(CP)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用.结果表明,CP对BSA的荧光有猝灭作用,其猝灭过程属于动态猝灭.通过计算得出CP与BSA的结合常数(KA)及结合位点数(n).根据同步荧光光谱法研究了CP对BSA构象的影响.
The interaction between chromium picolinate (CP) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) under physiological conditions was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that CP quenched the fluorescence of BSA and its quenching The process belongs to dynamic quenching.The binding constant (KA) and the number of binding sites (n) of CP and BSA were calculated by calculation.The influence of CP on the conformation of BSA was studied by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy.
