考察湖南部分地区碎米的有机氯农药残留情况,为以碎米为原料生产药用葡萄糖提供安全保障,同时为合理使用有机氯农药提供参考。在《中国药典》方法基础上改良,提取样品,浓硫酸净化后,采用气相色谱法测定有机氯含量。色谱柱为SE-54弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.32mm),经程序升温技术分离,然后用电子捕获检测器进行检测,外标法计算含量。结果表明,样品中有不同程度的有机氯农药残留,该方法快速、简便、准确,适用于碎米中有机氯类农药残留的检测。
To investigate the residues of organochlorine pesticides in broken rice in some areas in Hunan Province, to provide safeguards for the production of medicinal glucose from broken rice, and to provide a reference for the rational use of organochlorine pesticides. In the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” method based on the improvement, extraction of samples, concentrated sulfuric acid purification, the determination of organic chlorine content by gas chromatography. The chromatographic column was SE-54 flexible silica capillary column (30m × 0.25mm × 0.32mm), separated by temperature programmed technique and then detected by electron capture detector. The external standard method was used to calculate the content. The results showed that there are different degrees of organochlorine pesticide residues in the sample. The method is rapid, simple and accurate and is suitable for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in broken rice.
