[目的]获得重庆市彭水县烟叶品质质量的时间变异特征。[方法]对重庆市彭水县2007~2010年连续4年的烤烟上部叶(B2F)、中部叶(C3F)、下部叶(X2F)的化学成分及其协调性指标进行分析。[结果]在连续4年的烟叶生产中,彭水县烟叶氯含量的变异系数上部叶、中部叶和下部叶均大于30%,其他化学成分含量基本保持稳定,在表征化学成分协调性的各项指标中,钾氯比的变异系数上部叶、中部叶和下部叶均大于30%,两糖比、钾氯比、糖碱比基本稳定。[结论]重庆市彭水县烟叶除氯含量及钾氯比指标外,其他指标基本稳定,应通过肥水管理调整烟叶氯含量,使烟叶化学组分更为稳定和协调。
[Objective] The research aimed to obtain the time variation characteristics of tobacco leaf quality in Pengshui County of Chongqing. [Method] The chemical composition and coordination index of upper leaves (B2F), middle leaves (C3F) and lower leaves (X2F) of flue-cured tobacco in Pengshui County of Chongqing City from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed. [Result] The results showed that in the four years of continuous tobacco production, the coefficient of variation of chlorine content in tobacco leaves in Pengshui County was higher than 30% in upper leaves, middle leaves and lower leaves. The contents of other chemical constituents remained stable. In the index, the coefficient of variation of potassium to chlorine ratio in the upper leaf, the middle leaf and the lower leaf were more than 30%, and the ratio of sugar to sugar, potassium to chloride and ratio of sugar to base were basically stable. [Conclusion] The content of chlorination and the ratio of potassium to chlorine in tobacco leaves of Pengshui County in Chongqing City were basically stable. The chlorine content in tobacco leaves should be adjusted by fertilizer and water management so that the chemical components of tobacco leaves could be more stable and coordinated.
