目的:探讨对60例脑卒中伴偏瘫患者应用运动表象的训练疗法治疗后,观察患者上肢功能改善的情况。方法:随机选择2015年10月到2016年10月于广东省第一荣军医院治疗的120例脑卒中伴偏瘫的患者其中60例采用运动表象的训练疗法治疗,并作为运动组,另60例患者作为作业组,采取常规作业疗法,对比患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗后2个月,两组患者FIM、Fugl-Meyer的评分都有所改善,活动组患者改善情况明显比作业组好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在60例脑卒中伴偏瘫患者中应用运动表象的训练疗法治疗,可以有效改善患者上肢功能情况,促进患者手功能的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the improvement of upper limb function in 60 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia after training with exercise therapy. Methods: A total of 120 patients with stroke and paralysis treated in Guangdong First Provincial Invalids Hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly selected. 60 of them were treated with exercise-induced training and served as exercise group. The other 60 patients As a working group, to take regular homework therapies, compared with the effect of treatment of patients. Results: At 2 months after treatment, the scores of FIM and Fugl-Meyer improved in both groups, and the improvement in active group was better than that in operation group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The training of 60 patients with stroke and hemiplegia using motion representation can effectively improve the functional status of upper limbs and promote the recovery of hand function in patients.
