空中交通管制员是管制工作的核心,对其工作负荷进行客观科学的评估以减小工作负荷对确保空中交通安全、有序和高效运行具有重要意义。本文首先对管制员工作负荷定义、内容等背景知识进行了介绍;其次,结合相关领域研究成果归纳工作负荷影响因素;然后,依据使用技术的差异对工作负荷评估方法进行了分类介绍,并做优劣性的统计分析;最后,结合我国空管实际情况,提出了减轻管制员工作负荷以提高管制效率的建议。
Air traffic controllers are central to regulatory efforts and an objective and scientific assessment of their workload to reduce workload is important to ensure safe, orderly and efficient operation of air traffic. This paper first introduces the definition of the workload of the controller and its background. Secondly, it summarizes the influencing factors of the workload according to the research results of the related fields. Then, it introduces the methods of workload assessment based on the differences of using technologies, Finally, according to the actual situation of China’s air traffic control, put forward suggestions to reduce the workload of the controller to improve the efficiency of control.
