石油六厂催化裂化装置原设计为60万吨/年Ⅳ型装置。实际生产能力在65万吨/年左右。为降低能耗,1983年8月上了一台YL 3000-ⅡB型烟气轮机。11月13日开始暖机到16日运行正常并入系统,共用66小时,开车一次成功。通过近两个月的运转。机组各部运行正常,温度、压力、振幅均达到设计标准;仪表控制系统灵活好用。两器差压用双动滑阀控制,烟机入口蝶阀手动控制;回收烟气的热能已初见成效。经初步标定:烟气轮机入口温度600~620℃,入口高温蝶阀开度25%时,与主风机配套的3200千瓦电动机电流由原来310安降至170安,烟气轮机可回收功率1400千瓦,为主风机消耗
