分析金属塑性变形程度和应变速率的关系,研究滑块行程曲线对复合成形的影响规律并解决椭球形件成形中常出现的起皱现象和减薄率严重等问题。分别对采用传统的机械压力机和现代伺服压力机成形椭球形件进行有限元模拟分析,得到了不同滑块行程曲线作用下的成形椭球形件壁厚变化规律及起皱的影响。结果表明,相较于传统机械压力机拉深成形而言,应用伺服压力机保压式滑块行程曲线进行拉深成形时,椭球形件不产生内皱缺陷;应用伺服压力机的阶梯式滑块行程曲线拉深成形时,椭球形件的最大壁厚减薄率减小,壁厚分布更加均匀。
The relationship between the degree of plastic deformation and the strain rate was analyzed. The influence of the slider stroke curve on the compound forming was studied and the problems such as the wrinkling and the thinning rate often occurred in the forming of the ellipsoid were solved. The finite element analysis of the ellipsoid formed by the traditional mechanical press and the modern servo press was carried out. The variation of the wall thickness of the ellipsoid formed by different stroke curves and the influence of wrinkling were obtained. The results show that compared with the traditional mechanical press deep drawing, the application of servo press pressure-type slider stroke curve for deep drawing, the ellipsoid does not produce the inner wrinkle defects; application of servo press stepped slide When the block stroke curve is drawn and formed, the maximum wall thickness reduction rate of the ellipsoid is reduced and the wall thickness distribution is more even.
