采用熔体发泡法,对不同发泡剂粒度和发泡温度下泡沫镁合金的结构进行研究。结果表明:通过控制发泡剂的粒度和发泡温度,可制备出密度、孔隙率及气孔大小可调的泡沫镁合金;随着发泡剂粒度的增加,泡沫镁合金的密度先减小后增大,当发泡剂粒度为0.25mm时,泡沫镁合金的密度最小;随着发泡温度的提高,泡沫镁合金的密度逐渐减小;泡沫镁合金孔隙率的变化规律与密度的变化规律相反;随着发泡剂粒度的增加或发泡温度的升高,泡沫镁合金的气孔尺寸逐渐增大。
The structure of foamed magnesium alloy with different foaming agent particle size and foaming temperature was studied by melt foaming method. The results show that foam magnesium alloy with adjustable density, porosity and pore size can be prepared by controlling the particle size and foaming temperature of foaming agent. With the increase of foaming agent particle size, the density of foamed magnesium alloy first decreases When the blowing agent particle size is 0.25mm, the density of foamed magnesium alloy is the smallest. With the increase of foaming temperature, the density of foamed magnesium alloy decreases gradually. The variation law of porosity and density of foam magnesium alloy On the contrary, with the increase of foaming agent particle size or the increase of foaming temperature, the pore size of foamed magnesium alloy gradually increases.
