Symptoms Machine model: VARIAN CLINAC 2100C linear accelerator. When the machine normally treats the patient, it suddenly appears MOD linkage, and the chain is always present after re-presetting the machine, and pressing the enter key cannot be eliminated. Analysis and Overhaul MOD linkage is caused by a negative mismatch in the modulator. When the modulator does not match negatively, causing PEN to reverse charge, the end clipper has a current flowing through it and the inductor T_4 will induce a voltage value.
