中国古典舞在舞蹈艺术门类中是具有特殊意义的类别,是在民族民间传统舞蹈的基础上,经过历代专业工作者提炼、整理、加工、创造,并经过较长时期艺术实践的检验流传下来的具有一定典范意义的和古典风格特色的舞蹈。“身韵”是中国古典舞在长期发展的过程中,从中国戏曲舞蹈中提炼出来的训练身体韵律的重要元素,对戏曲舞蹈中手、眼、身、法、步的借鉴、吸收、融合更是有益于古典舞的发展。本文从古典舞“身韵”和“身段”的共性与异性出发,具体阐释了两者之间的关系,使中国古典舞在发展创新的风格特点上更具有浓郁的民族风格和时代精神。我们把戏曲舞蹈的精华提取出来,并加以改进和创新,与时俱进,形成了具有一定典范意义和具有浓郁的古典风格特色的天姿与神韵,这使得中国古典舞具有鲜明的民族特色、时代特色和民族精神。
