本文应用双抗体夹心问接ELISA法检测32例结核性脑膜炎患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(slL-2R)水平。对常规抗结核治疗及加用白细胞介素2(IL一2)治疗前后进行动态观察,结果,(1)未经抗结核治疗时患儿sIL一2R较接种过卡介苗的正常小儿组明显升高;(2)抗结核十IL一2治疗组较单用抗结棱治疗组同期sIL-2R水平恢复快,病情好转快。且sIL一2R高低与疾病的严重程度、疾病转归相关。提示血清sIL一2R水平测定,可作为鉴别结核菌自然感染、还是接种卡介苗后的免疫记忆、以及判定疾病严重程度与转归的一个新的辅助指标。同时也说明IL一2是治疗结核病的一个新的辅助药物。
In this study, 32 cases of tuberculous meningitis in children with soluble interleukin 2 receptor (slL-2R) levels were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA. The results of routine observation of antituberculous therapy and IL-2 treatment before and after treatment were as follows: (1) The sIL-2R level of children without BCG treatment was significantly higher than that of normal children with BCG vaccination ; (2) anti-TB ten IL-2 treatment group than the anti-node treatment group sIL-2R level recovery faster, faster recovery. The level of sIL-2R correlated with the severity of the disease and disease outcome. Prompt serum sIL-2R levels can be used as a natural identification of TB infection, or after vaccination of BCG immunological memory, as well as to determine the severity of the disease and outcome of a new auxiliary indicators. It also shows that IL-2 is a new adjuvant for the treatment of tuberculosis.
