1995年6月9日,号称世界第三、亚洲第一的双塔双索面斜拉公路桥——武汉长江二桥胜利建成通车。那几日,武汉三镇百万市民参观大桥,场面蔚为壮观,人们感讲建设这座大桥的建功立业者,怀念为大桥的建设英勇献身的十几位民工及科技工作者。然而,笔者在采访中得知,在大桥建造过程中,曾发生了一起民工投江诈死的事件,为此引出了大桥的建设者们顶风冒雪打捞尸体的紧张场面,引出了公安人员千里寻觅,侦破诈骗案的曲折故事。为了让读者了解其中缘由,笔者将这宗鲜为人知的迷案披露如下:
June 9, 1995, known as the world’s third, Asia’s first twin towers double cable plane cable-stayed bridge - Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge opened to traffic victory. In the past few days, millions of citizens in three towns of Wuhan visited the bridge. The scene was magnificent. People were grateful for the founding achievements of the bridge and miss over a dozen migrant workers and scientists who dedicated themselves to the construction of the bridge. However, in the interview, the author learned that during the construction of the bridge, there was an incident in which the migrant workers shot Jiang to death. This led to the bridge builders’ Find, detect the tortuous story of fraud. In order to let the reader understand the reason, I will disclose this little-known case as follows:
