Objective To investigate the incidence of post-altitude altiative indications and their relationship with training burnout after soldiers returning to the plain in the plateau. Methods One hundred and seventy soldiers who returned to the plain after stationed in a plateau in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region for a period of one week were enrolled in the study. The self-compiled soldiers’ training burnout questionnaire was used to assess the scores. There were two groups with no symptoms of plateau desensitization. Differences, at the same time analysis of altitude dependence and training burnout correlation. Results The incidence of post-apropriate indications was 80.00% when returning to the plain in the Plateau and 78.36% (2 = 0.188, P = 0.664) after the plateau detachment soldiers returned to the plain. After the plateau settlers returned to plain There was no significant difference in the incidence of indications 75.10% (2 = 1.279, P = 0.258). Tiredness (12.86%), dizziness (11.43%), weakness (10.00%) were among the top 3 symptoms of altitude sickness. (2) There were total scores of training burnout and physical and mental exhaustion of soldiers with altitude sickness symptom reduction, and the scores of training alienation were significantly higher than those without altitude sickness symptom reduction (P <0.01). The incidence of off-indication of overweight soldiers overweight soldiers was significantly higher than that of normal soldiers (P <0.05). 3 regression equation of altitude apathy and training burnout (P <0.01) was: training burnout = 0.498 × altitude de-adaptation -0.126 × age + 0.038 × military age + 0.069 × education level + 0.029 × body mass index. Conclusion There is a certain degree of association between post-altitude alopecia and training burnout in returning soldiers to the plateau in the plateau, reducing the occurrence of altitude apathy and reducing burnout.
