南京第二棉纺织厂细纱车间空调室的设备基本上是50年代的,现已不适应生产的要求,主要问题是:整个空调系统效率低、能耗大;回风系统由于过滤效果差,回风利用率<80%;风机的拖动电机为单速电机,风量调节困难;细纱车间送风量偏小,夏季温度偏高。为此,我们于1985年冬对空调室进行了系统改造。一、方案1.改造空调室以减小喷淋、档水板阻力,增加热湿交换效率;
