住宅楼给排水分部工程是建筑工程中的一项重要组成部分,其施工流程与建筑结构的施工的联系较为密切,建筑节能模式主要包含两方面,一方面是加强围护结构的保温隔热能力,另一方面就是从供暖、供冷的热源、输送渠道及实现方式来节约能源。本文主要通过对住宅给排水工程各施工阶段的质量控制要点进行了分析,并介绍了给排水工程常见质量通病的控制措施。
