本试验旨在测定一些滴眼剂防腐剂的不同配方的杀细菌和杀真菌作用,以便找出最合适的防腐剂配方。被试的有:季铵化合物+EDTA,季铵化合物+苯甲醇,季铵化合物+EDTA+苯甲醇。所用滴眼剂和洗剂是:1%肾上腺素滴剂(pH7.4);1%阿托品滴剂(pH 4.8);2%毛果芸香碱滴剂(pH4.0,含有或不含有1.4%聚乙二醇);2%毛果芸香碱滴剂(pH 6.5,不含1.4%聚乙二醇);0.5%氢泼尼松滴剂(pH 7.8);2%硼酸洗眼剂(pH 4.7)。试验菌有:绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、普通变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,粪链球菌,白色念珠菌和烟曲菌。将含有不同配方防腐剂的滴剂和洗剂分别接种试
This test aims to determine the bactericidal and fungicidal effects of different formulations of some eye drop preservatives in order to find the most suitable preservative formulation. The subjects were: quaternary ammonium compounds + EDTA, quaternary ammonium compounds + benzyl alcohol, quaternary ammonium compounds + EDTA + benzyl alcohol. The eye drops and lotions used were 1% epinephrine drops (pH 7.4), 1% atropine drops (pH 4.8), 2% pilocarpine drops (pH 4.0 with or without 1.4% polyethylene glycol Alcohol), 2% pilocarpine drops (pH 6.5 without 1.4% polyethylene glycol), 0.5% hydrogen prednisone drops (pH 7.8) and 2% boric acid eye wash (pH 4.7). Test bacteria are: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus.
