早春经0.5mg·L-1和1.0mg·L-1油菜素内酯(BR)水溶液淋灌处理的湿地松一年生苗,在5、6月份生长高峰期间表现促进高生长。在9、10月份促进茎的加粗生长。12月下旬测定生物量,BR处理苗比对照增加了17.39%~26.37%。从6月至12月的几个生理指标测定表明,针叶的叶绿素含量一直保持较高水平。可利用总糖含量除生长高峰时期降低以外,也始终高于对照。在炎热、干旱的7、8月份针叶内SOD活性明显比对照增强,而MDA合量低于对照。1月初测得BR处理苗针叶的可溶性糖含量比对照提高了16%~31%。
In early spring, the annual seedlings of Pinus elliottii drenched with 0.5 mg · L-1 and 1.0 mg · L-1 brassinolide (BR) aqueous solution showed high growth during the peak season of May and June. Promote stem thickening in September and October. The biomass of BR was increased by 17.39% ~ 26.37% compared with the control in late December. Several physiological indicators from June to December showed that the chlorophyll content of coniferous leaves kept a high level. The available total sugar content was consistently higher than the control except during peak growth periods. In hot and arid July and August, the activity of SOD in the needles was significantly higher than that in the control, while the amount of MDA in the leaves was lower than that in the control. In early January, the soluble sugar content of BR treated seedlings was increased by 16% ~ 31% compared with the control.
