长岭集团是机械电子工业总公司所属的大型雷达企业。创建30多年来,形成了军用电子设备、纺织电子仪器和家用电器三大系列支柱产品。其中高技术的纺织电子产品,多数采用了先进微机技术、达到了80年代末期国际先进水平。为适应纺织工业的发展,国家已批准长岭为高精度纺织电子仪器科研生产基地。 长岭集团正在研制、即将推出具有更高水平的纺织电子产品,为纺织工业服务。 产品介绍: 一、YC-131型条干均匀度测试仪 1.用于测量棉、毛、麻、化纤等纤维纯纺或混纺的细纱、粗纱、条子的随机性与周期性线密度不匀和细节、粗节、棉结(毛粒)的疵点数。 2.采用了先进的微机数字处理技术,测试精度和智能化程度高,稳定性和一致性好。 3.全部测试数据和波谱图均由打印机自动打印输出,并能对成批测试数据自动进行表格化综合统计处理。 4.平均差不匀率U值、均方差不匀率CV值,条干不匀偏差率DR值、锭间变异CVb值、支数变异CV_(AF)值兼有。 5.无试样调零快速准确,棉、毛切换方便,每次启动测试的同时显示器自动清零。 6.波谱图的比例由计算机自动控制,对不同的测试速度能实时自动进行跟踪,波谱图可多次复制。 7.该产品荣获国家技术开发优秀成果奖,国家科学技术进步二等奖,纺织工业部优
