According to the authors, about 4.5% of children have rickets, and children with rickets have been found to have lower rates of dental caries damage than rickets-free children, as opposed to previous literature. Oral examination was planned in children and adolescents aged 3-18 years. Two groups of caries-free and tooth-free caries were divided into two groups of 507 cases each with similar age distribution. The results showed that the caries-free group had a high proportion of patients with rickets, accounting for 6.51 ± 1.09%. The caries-bearing group had a low rate of rickets, accounting for 2.56 ± 0.77%. Pre-school children with rickets, caries less; dental caries group 3 to 7-year-old children's loss
