2009-2011年,连续3年采用查盗开洞法,对内蒙古阿拉善荒漠区梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)林生境中的大沙鼠(Rhombomys opimus)种群相对数量进行了调查,同时测定了梭梭林地上生物量动态,应用Pearson相关系数分析了大沙鼠数量动态与梭梭林地上生物量的相关性。结果表明,3个年度中,大沙鼠种群密度秋季均高于春季,梭梭林地上生物量秋季均高于春季。春季大沙鼠相对密度与梭梭地上生物量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.80,P<0.01),与梭梭高度呈极显著正相关(r=0.88,P<0.01),与梭梭盖度呈显著负相关(r=-0.71,P<0.05)。秋季大沙鼠相对密度与梭梭地上生物量呈显著负相关(r=-0.69,P<0.05),与梭梭高度呈显著正相关(r=0.68,P<0.05),与梭梭盖度呈极显著负相关(r=-0.80,P<0.01),与白刺地上生物量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.84,P<0.01)。
In 2009-2011, the relative numbers of Rhombomys opimus populations in Haloxylon ammodendron forest in Alashan Desert of Inner Mongolia were investigated by using the method of " The dynamics of biomass in woodlands was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. The correlation between the dynamics of sand gerbils and the aboveground biomass of Haloxylon ammodendron was analyzed. The results showed that in the three years, the density of gerbils was higher in spring than in spring, and the aboveground biomass of Haloxylon ammodendron was higher in spring than in spring. The relative density of spring gerbils was extremely significantly negatively correlated with aboveground biomass of Haloxylon ammodendron (r = -0.80, P <0.01), and had a significant positive correlation with Haloxylon ammodendron (r = 0.88, P <0.01) The coverage was significantly negatively correlated (r = -0.71, P <0.05). The relative density of autumn gerbils was negatively correlated with aboveground biomass of Haloxylon ammodendron (r = -0.69, P <0.05), and was positively correlated with Haloxylon ammodendron height (r = 0.68, P <0.05) (R = -0.80, P <0.01), and had a significant negative correlation with aboveground biomass (r = -0.84, P <0.01).
