井口防喷器是有效避免井喷事故发生的重要工具,回顾历史,我们不难发现每一次井喷事故的发生在对环境造成不可挽回的破坏的同时亦会造成巨大的经济与人员损失。因此加强对井口防喷器故障原因的分析与探究,确保安全隐患的及时排除和设备的正常有效运行,对避免井喷事故的发生具有重大意义。本文结合笔者自身经验并通过查阅大量资料,对井口防喷器的工作原理、结构特点和重要性进行了简单的叙述,同时对此类防喷器的常见故障及其解决措施进行了分析,并对如何有效预防此类故障的发生提出自己的见解。
Wellhead blowout preventer is an important tool to effectively prevent blowout accidents. Recalling the history, we can easily find out that every blowout accident can cause irreparable damage to the environment and cause huge economic and personnel losses. Therefore, it is of great importance to avoid the occurrence of blowout accidents by strengthening the analysis and exploration of the failure causes of wellhead blowout preventers, ensuring the timely elimination of potential safety hazards and the normal and effective operation of equipment. Based on the author’s own experience and by consulting a large amount of data, this paper briefly describes the working principle, structural features and importance of wellhead blowout preventer. At the same time, the common faults and their solutions to such blowout preventer are analyzed. On how to effectively prevent the occurrence of such failures put forward their own views.
