介绍了一种采用马赫-曾特尔干涉仪结构实现调Q的光纤激光器.其中,马赫-曾特尔干涉仪由两个3dB耦合器和两段光纤(作为干涉仪的双臂)构成.在泵浦功率为30mW时,得到了稳定的激光输出,最高脉冲功率达2.6W,平均功率为1mW.当重复频率低于1kHz时,在1557nm波长处得到光脉冲,半宽为4.2μs.此外,在调Q脉冲包络内观察到了自锁模现象.
A fiber laser with Q-switched Mach-Zehnder interferometer structure is introduced. Among them, the Mach-Zentrum interferometer consists of two 3dB couplers and two sections of fiber (arms as interferometer). At a pump power of 30mW, a stable laser output was obtained with a maximum pulse power of 2.6W and an average power of 1mW. When the repetition rate is below 1 kHz, an optical pulse is obtained at a wavelength of 1557 nm with a half width of 4.2 μs. In addition, a self-mode-locked phenomenon was observed in the Q-switched pulse envelope.
