目的观察Snail蛋白及其mRNA在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,并探讨它在喉鳞癌发生发展和浸润转移中的作用及其与预后关系。方法应用原位分子杂交检测Snail mRNA和免疫组织化学S-P法检测Snail蛋白分别在60例喉鳞癌、20例癌旁组织中的表达。结果①Snail蛋白及其mRNA的表达与喉鳞癌的T分期、TNM分期、甲状软骨累及、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关(P均<0.05),但Snail mRNA的表达与病理分级无关(P>0.05),而Snail蛋白与病理分级有关(P<0.05),它们均与性别、年龄无关((P>0.05);②Snail蛋白与Snail mRNA在喉鳞癌组织中的表达明显正相关(r=0.362,P<0.05);③Snail蛋白阳性患者生存率明显低于阴性患者,其比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Snail高表达可能是喉黏膜恶性转变以及喉鳞癌发生浸润转移的重要生物学标志,其高表达预示肿瘤有较高的侵袭性和不良预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of Snail protein and its mRNA in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its relationship with clinicopathological features and to explore the role of Snail protein in the development, invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis. Methods Snail mRNA and immunohistochemical S-P method were used to detect the expression of Snail protein in 60 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues respectively by in situ hybridization assay. Results ① The expression of Snail protein and its mRNA were correlated with T stage, TNM stage, thyroid cartilage involvement, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P <0.05), but the expression of Snail mRNA had no correlation with pathological grade (P> 0.05 ), While Snail protein was correlated with pathological grade (P <0.05). All of them had no correlation with gender and age (P> 0.05). ②Snail protein was positively correlated with Snail mRNA expression in LSCC (r = 0.362, P <0.05) .③The survival rate of Snail protein positive patients was significantly lower than that of negative patients (P <0.05) .Conclusion The high expression of Snail may be the key factor of malignant transformation of laryngeal mucosa and invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Learning signs, the high expression indicates that the tumor has a higher aggressiveness and poor prognosis.
