基于外部形态特征和内部骨骼特征对鲤科鲤属中鲤亚属进行了分支系统学分析。内群包括中鲤亚属的全部 5种和鲤亚属的 2种鱼类 ,外群采用乌原鲤。在鲤属鱼类和外群间共有 4 8个性状存在变化。系统发育分析采用PAUP 软件的Parsimony和Bootstrap两种方式的Branch and Bound算法。排除不能极化的特征和特有离征之后 ,还有 2 8个特征可用 ,由这 2 8个特征可得到唯一的系统树 ,树长 6 9,一致性系数 0 72 4 6 ,排除无用特征的一致性系数 0 6 12 2 ,保留系数 0 6 346。由 5种中鲤组成的中鲤亚属明显不构成一个单系群。结果表明 :中鲤亚属是一个复系群 ,该类元应该被撤销。
Based on the characteristics of external morphology and internal skeletons, the subfamily phylogenetic analysis of Cyprinus carpio, a species of Cyprinus carpio, was conducted. The inner group includes all 5 species of the subfamily Carp and 2 species of the subfamily Carp. A total of 48 traits existed between the common carp and the outer group. Phylogenetic analysis using PAUP software Parsimony and Bootstrap two ways Branch and Bound algorithm. After excluding the unpolarized features and the unique signatures, 28 features were still available, and the only 28 tree features were obtained from these 28 features, with a tree length of 6 9 and a coefficient of agreement of 0 72 4 6, excluding unwanted features Consensus coefficient 0 6 12 2, Retention coefficient 0 6 346. Subfamilies of Zhongyi, which consist of five species of common carp, apparently do not constitute a monophyletic group. The results showed that: Subfamily of Cyprinus carpio is a complex system, and such elements should be withdrawn.
