目的对海南省三级医院医护人员工作满意度情况进行调查,分析其工作满意度的影响因素,并提出提高工作满意度的建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对海南省4家三甲医院的医护人员的工作满意度情况进行调查,用单因素分析和多元线性回归的方法对医护人员的工作满意度情况及其影响因素进行分析。结果海南省三甲医院的医护人员工作满意度的得分为(3.13±0.85)分;经过非参数检验分析,不同性别、年龄、所在科室、工作年限、职业、教育水平和职称的医护人员的工作满意度水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,影响医护人员工作满意度的主要因素是人身安全、发展空间、工作负荷、医院规章制度、领导态度、工作成就感及医疗服务体系。结论海南省三甲医院的医护人员工作满意度水平一般;建议管理部门制定合理的规章制度,切实保障医护人员的人身安全,改善其工作环境、减轻工作负荷、加强人文关怀,以提高医护人员的工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of health care workers in tertiary hospitals in Hainan Province, analyze the influencing factors of their job satisfaction, and put forward suggestions to improve their job satisfaction. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the job satisfaction of health care workers in four top three hospitals in Hainan Province. Univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the job satisfaction of healthcare workers and their influencing factors. Results The scores of job satisfaction of health care workers in the top three hospitals in Hainan Province were (3.13 ± 0.85) points. After non-parametric tests, the job satisfaction of medical staff of different sexes, ages, departments, working years, occupations, education levels and titles (P <0.05). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of health care workers were personal safety, space for development, workload, hospital rules and regulations, leadership attitude, job satisfaction and medical care service system. Conclusions The level of job satisfaction of medical staff in the top three hospitals in Hainan Province is generally high. It is suggested that the management department formulate reasonable rules and regulations to effectively protect the personal safety of medical staff, improve their work environment, reduce workload and strengthen humane care so as to enhance the work of medical staff.
