天津滨海新区自来水嗅味事件成因分析及应急处理

2016年6月,滨海新区部分地区自来水出现嗅味异常问题,经过对水源水和自来水水质的检测分析,确定了致嗅物质为土臭素,且释放土臭素的藻类为鱼腥藻。试验结果表明,水源水中的土臭素主要存在于鱼腥藻细胞内,但在出厂水中,大部分的土臭素已被释放到水中,且呈溶解态。针对土臭素的应急处理,采用粉末活性炭吸附技术,当取水口距离水厂位置较远时,建议在取水口附近和水厂进水口均投加活性炭;当取水口距离水厂位置较近时,建议在取水口附近或水厂进水口投加活性炭。自6月19日,在事发地区取水口上游投加10 mg/L的粉末活性炭,并在水厂进水口处二次投加5 mg/L的粉末活性炭,6月20日,出厂水基本上无异味,用户投诉减少。 In June 2016, there was an abnormal smell odor in tap water in some areas of Binhai New Area.
