在5~T电炉中的18炉试验证明,注意控熔毕渣成分,熔氧期间不换渣,以调整熔渣成分来控制脱磷反应是可行的。试验炉次结束氧化时的温度在1600~1750℃下,配料中的磷有1/2~2/3仍然稳定存在于渣中。如此操作可缩短熔炼时间,降低电耗,节省渣料,简化冶炼工序和减轻劳动强度。本文从理论上分析讨论了温度和熔渣成分对氧化法脱磷的综合影响;计算了不同成分渣下脱磷反应的温度范围;比较了温度与渣成分变化对γp_2o_5的影响程度;在对试验结果理论分析基础上,指出用含Si不太高的中磷原料生产炭钢时,熔氧期不换渣,以调整渣成分控制脱磷反应是合理而可行的。
In 5 ~ T EAF 18 furnace tests show that, pay attention to control the molten slag, slag during the oxygen-free slag to adjust the slag composition to control the dephosphorization reaction is feasible. In this paper, the temperature and slag composition on the dephosphorization of oxidation were analyzed theoretically and comprehensively; the temperature range of dephosphorization reaction under different slag compositions was calculated; the influence of temperature and slag composition on γp_2o_5 was compared; Based on the theoretical analysis, it is pointed out that it is reasonable and feasible to control the dephosphorization reaction by controlling the slag composition without changing the slag during the oxygen-leaching period.
