目的 探讨BCL 2及P5 3mt蛋白筛检砷中毒致皮肤癌的价值。方法 BCL 2及P5 3mt蛋白的检测用免疫组化染色法 ;两指标阳性率的分析用 χ2 检验 ;分析评价筛检价值的有关指标。结果 无论是P5 3mt还是BCL 2 ,癌变组的阳性率均高于非癌变组 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P5 3mt ,P <0 .0 1;BCL 2 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,其OR值分别为 14 .2 2 (2 .93~ 6 8.97)和 8.76 (1.0 7~ 71.5 1)。P5 3mt的约登指数为 0 .5 2 9,明显高于BCL 2的 0 .2 84。串联试验可提高筛检价值 ,并联试验则降低了筛检价值。结论 P5 3mt与BCL 2均可用于筛检砷中毒所致皮肤癌 ,将两指标串联可提高筛检价值。
Objective To investigate the value of BCL 2 and P5 3mt screening for skin cancer caused by arsenic poisoning. Methods The detection of BCL 2 and P5 3mt proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The positive rate of two markers was analyzed by χ2 test. The related indexes for evaluating the screening value were analyzed. Results The positive rate of cancerous group was significantly higher than that of non-cancerous group, P5 3mt or BCL2 (P5 3mt, P <0.01; BCL 2, P <0.05) OR values were 14.22 (2.93-6.97) and 8.76 (1.07-71.51), respectively. The Youden index for P5 3mt is 0.529, which is significantly higher than 0.822 for BCL 2. Tandem test can improve the screening value, parallel test reduces the screening value. Conclusion Both P5 3mt and BCL 2 can be used to screen skin cancer caused by arsenic poisoning.
