A private beachfront community, the Cua Calidad Island Manor, developed by the Pelas Group, is located on the Pacific Ocean’s Emerald Beach, just 4 miles from the pristine Pacific coast. This is the first sustainable five-star vacation community in Nicaragua that offers families and tourists a private beach vacation with the main guiding principle that not only protection but also nature need to be restored. It is with this spirit that the project team at the Cuautadore Island Manor is following the spirit of minimizing human development and construction activities through the use of multiple renewable sources of energy, recycling of water and rainwater, and other ecological construction methods and daily measures Footprints left on the land.
