本文提出了一种强化化工类学生CAD工艺制图能力的方法,并对实施效果构建模糊综合评价模型进行分析。根据学生的认知规律设置了三个递进式的教学实践环节,进行单元级,工段级和全流程级生产过程工艺流程图,设备布置图和工艺配管图的训练。从技能操作,课堂纪律,小组讨论表现,协作能力,成果展示和课后训练汇报六个方面综合评价学生CAD工艺制图能力,在此基础上进行了教材改编和完善。十位同学的强化训练过程和评价结果说明,该方法可可作为学生CAD工艺制图能力和用人单位选拔人才的依据和参考。
This paper presents a method to strengthen the chemical engineering students CAD process mapping capabilities, and the implementation of the effect of building a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for analysis. According to the students’ cognition rules, three progressive teaching practice steps are set up to process the process flow chart, equipment layout drawing and process piping diagram of unit level, section stage and whole process level. From the aspects of skill operation, classroom discipline, performance of group discussion, collaboration ability, achievement display and after-class training reporting, this paper synthetically appraises students’ ability of drawing CAD technology, and on the basis of which, reorganizes and consummates teaching materials. The ten students ’intensive training process and evaluation results show that this method can be used as the basis and reference of students’ CAD process drawing ability and selection of talents by employers.
