奇瑞公司自成立以来,始终把人才放在战略高度加以重视,不断为进入公司的各类人才提供创新创业的平台、提供和谐包容的工作环境、提供良好舒心的生活条件。与时俱进的人才工作有力地推动了公司又好又快发展。截至2009年底,公司建立了3.3万多人的汽车及零部件产业化队伍,其中工程技术和管理人员占20%以上,30%来自福特、通用、大众等跨国汽车公司。公司于2008年获得“国家引进国外智力示范单位”称号;2009年分别被中组部和省委组织部批准成为国家级和省级“海外高层次人才创新创业基地”。
