我国企业只有在充分了解ERP系统功能的基础上,加强企业管理,对企业进行科学的改造,才能将ERP系统顺利实施。只有成功实施ERP系统,才能真正发挥其对企业管理的提升作用。本文分析了ERP系统实施的必要性,提出了我国企业在ERP系统实施中存在企业满意度不高、系统应用深度不够、“水土不服”、错误频出,以及权限设置存在安全隐患等问题,针对这些问题,给出了根据三角定律提高企业满意度、明确职责、二次开发,以及加强内控等优化建议。
Only when we fully understand the functions of ERP system, our enterprises can strengthen the management of enterprises and carry on the scientific transformation to the enterprises so that the ERP system can be implemented smoothly. Only successful implementation of ERP system, can really play its role in promoting enterprise management. This paper analyzes the necessity of implementing ERP system and puts forward the problems that enterprises in our country are not satisfied with enterprise satisfaction, system application depth is not enough, “acclimatized ”, errors are frequent, and security risks exist in the authority settings In view of these problems, this paper gives some suggestions on how to improve enterprise satisfaction, clarify responsibilities, redevelopment and strengthen internal control according to the law of trigonometry.
