Based on a case study of Shanghai CX Home Economics Company, this paper finds that the gender mechanism of emotional labor in home-based infants is divided into two parts. On the one hand, domestic companies, through training, replaced their workers’ identities with their gender identities centered on motherhood and family relations and on the other hand restructured their knowledge of gender identity by replacing their knowledge of “mother ”. However, there are internal contradictions in the mechanism of genitalization. On the one hand, the different sexes of companies and clients expect to create the dilemma of house-work in child-care workers. On the other hand, the constant emergence of laborers will have an impact on their gender roles, resulting in genitalization The collapse of the mechanism, manifested in their emotional dual alienation.
