目的 总结非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)肺病的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年1月收治的82例NTM肺病患者的资料.结果 NTM肺病患者以中青年(86%)多见,临床症状较轻,肺部病变范围较广,原发耐药者多见,在一线抗结核药物中,只有乙胺丁醇对少部分患者有效.结论 NTM肺病应引起结核科医师在诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗上的高度重视.
