彼得原理,我想了解管理学的人大概都知道,它是美国管理学家劳伦斯·彼得根据千百个有关组织中不能胜任的失败实例的分析而归纳出来的,其具体内容是:“在一个等级制度中,每个职工趋向于上升到他所不能胜任的地位”。彼得指出,每一个职工由于在原有职位上工作成绩表现好(胜任),就将被提升到更高一级职位;其后,如果继续胜任则将进一步被提升,直至到达他所不能胜任的职位。然而,我今天想要提的并不是彼得原理而是另一种现象,这种现象我暂且称其为"逆彼
Peter’s principle, I think people who know about management probably know that it is an analysis by Lawrence Peter, an American management scientist, based on an analysis of incompetent failures in thousands of relevant organizations. The specific content is: In a hierarchy, each worker tends to rise to a position he cannot perform. Peter pointed out that each employee will be promoted to a higher level because of his good performance in the original position (competency); thereafter, if he continues to perform the task, he will be further promoted until he can’t reach a position he can’t perform. However, what I want to mention today is not Peter’s principle but another phenomenon. I’ll call this phenomenon a reverse one
