目的报道2例由少动鞘氨醇单胞菌(S.paucimobilis)引起的肺部感染合并菌血症病例。方法从患者血液中分离培养获得菌株,进行实验室生化鉴定及药敏试验。同时对患者做肺部影像学检查。结果从2例患者血液中分离菌株2株,鉴定为少动鞘氨醇单胞菌。结论少动鞘氨醇单胞菌引起肺部感染合并菌血症相对罕见,需引起临床及检验工作人员的重视。
Objective To report two cases of pulmonary infection complicated by bacteremia caused by S. paucimobilis. Methods Isolation and culture of strains obtained from the patient’s blood, laboratory biochemical identification and drug susceptibility testing. At the same time, the patient’s lung imaging examination. Results Two strains of bacteria were isolated from the blood of two patients and identified as Sphingomonas paucimobilis. Conclusions Sphingomonas paucimobilis caused pulmonary infection complicated with bacteremia is relatively rare, which should be paid more attention to by clinical and laboratory workers.
