本文阐述县级结核病防治所与县级综合医院联合门诊,共同协作搞好结核病防治工作的经验。通过实践认为:一、所、院联合门诊有利于提高所、院医生素质,方便病人就医。所、院不互相推诿,大大减轻了病人经济负担和痛苦;二、县结核病防治所主要集中精力于管理病人,发挥县级防痨中心的作用,县医院把精力集中于解决肺结核并发症,并收治危重病人,县医院在人力、设备上的优势成为县结核病防治所的后盾。因此,所、院的分工合作成为农村开展防痨的支柱。
