目的了解国内医院手术室空气微生物污染状况,选择较好空气微生物采样方法。方法采用空气采样器法和平板暴露法,对国内8省市21家医院的手术室空气微生物污染状况进行了监测,比较和评价两种采样方法的优劣。结果对21家医院共计359间手术室空气进行监测的结果表明,百级洁净手术室空气质量合格率为57.3%~75.2%,千级洁净手术室空气质量合格率为83.1%~90.9%,万级洁净手术室空气质量合格率为80.7%~90.4%。空气采样器采样法和平板暴露法采样监测结果基本一致。结论本次抽检的国内21家医院洁净级别较高的手术室空气质量合格率较低,两种采样方法监测结果一致。
Objective To understand the status of airborne microbial contamination in the operating room of domestic hospitals and to choose a better method of airborne microorganism sampling. Methods The air sampler and plate exposure methods were used to monitor the airborne microbial contamination in the operating rooms of 21 hospitals in 8 provinces and cities in China. The advantages and disadvantages of the two sampling methods were compared and evaluated. Results A total of 359 operating rooms in 21 hospitals were monitored for air quality. The results showed that the air quality passing rate of Grade 100 clean operating room was 57.3% -75.2%, and the air quality passing rate of one thousand clean operating rooms was 83.1% -90.9% Clean room operating room air quality pass rate of 80.7% to 90.4%. Air sampler sampling method and plate exposure sampling monitoring results are basically the same. Conclusion The sampling rate of air quality in the operating rooms with relatively high cleanliness in 21 domestic hospitals was low, and the monitoring results of the two sampling methods were the same.
