今天能在全体教会上发言,感到万分荣幸,也压力山大。我发言的切入点是做为一名非文化课教师如何做好班级管理及如何抓好班级教学成绩的。从2007年起,学校班主任匮乏,我有幸参与到班级管理中,一干七、八年了,从当初的倍感担心,不能胜任,到现在胸有成足,游刃有余。带过的班级成绩始终位于级部前茅,并常胜不衰。从当初的不均衡分班,成绩靠后,到后来的一骑绝尘。也有过几次均衡分班,到一二次考试后成绩立即显示出优势,
