The Gwadar Toddler Growth Center in Richmond, District of Cauca, Colombia, serves as an important component of the Columbia Whole Child Care Program, “From Birth to One Hundred Years,” to 300 infants, 100 pregnant women and 200 newborns aged 0-5 years Diet, education and entertainment services. The center includes 10 classrooms, restaurants, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, semi-private art spaces, emergency rooms, administrative offices, vegetable gardens, water features, public amphitheater and event plaza.
