Electroslag remelting the main operating accident and remelting process using water-related pieces. The process is inherently safe if the container (crystallizer, etc.) is not water leaking, the operator does not come into contact with the dross and molten metal, or dumps them in a place that can cause an explosion. Even so, if the water flows from the slag or metal surface without pouring them out, it does not do much harm. However, when a small amount of water flows under the molten steel or slag layer, a devastating explosion hazard can occur. Molds, bottom tanks, clamps and water-cooled cables are all leaks. Occasionally, the mold and the bottom tank may break during use, which may be caused by mechanical or electrical damage or seal failure. Even so, there is very little explosion. However, this danger always exists, therefore, advocate
