为了进一步加强我院学科建设,促进院内科室之间的交流与协作,使科室学科建设形成比学赶超的氛围,我院从1996年起建立了科室学术工作报告制度,收到良好效果。 1 主要做法 (1)为了使科室学术工作报告制度能顺利实施并实现规范化,医院在充分讨论、广泛征求意见的基础上,对实施该项制度做了具体明确的要求,并以医院正式文件《关于建立科室学术工作报告制度的决定》下发至各科室对照执行。 (2)科室学术工作报告会由医院医教部承办,院领导
In order to further strengthen the discipline construction in our college and promote the exchange and cooperation between the internal departments of the hospital and make the establishment of disciplines in the department form a climate for catching up with the students, our institute has established a departmental academic work report system since 1996 and has received good results. 1 Main Approaches (1) In order to ensure the smooth implementation and standardization of the academic work report system, the hospital has made specific requirements on the implementation of the system on the basis of full discussion and extensive consultation, and has used the hospital’s official documents. The decision on establishing a report system for academic work in the department was issued to various departments for implementation.
