Tuberculosis has always been a worldwide public health issue, and the World Health Organization estimates that by the next century there will be 90 million new tuberculosis patients (mostly young adults aged 20 to 49 years), 30 million people will die of tuberculosis . If no measures are taken, the mortality rate will rise sharply. The main reasons for the high prevalence and high mortality rates are: ① In many parts of the world, the government ignores the control of tuberculosis; ② Mismanagement and the incorrect concept of tuberculosis control have led to the increase of tuberculosis and the emergence of multiple drug-resistant bacteria, which have brought difficulties to treatment; (3) children born in the high population growth areas in recent decades have now reached a high incidence and a high age of death; (4) human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and AIDS
