采用优良的电荷给体N,N-二乙基修饰配体,设计合成了两种新型可溶性席夫碱配体及其锌配合物,并对其电致发光性质进行了研究。两种配体和配合物均呈现很好的发光性能,通过增大配体的共轭结构,成功地调节了材料的发光光谱,吸收峰由397 nm红移到429 nm,发射峰相应的由543 nm红移到560 nm。以配合物ZnDEDN为掺杂客体材料,聚合物PVK为主体材料,制备了结构为ITO/PVK∶ZnDEDN/BCP/Alq3/LiF/Al的有机电致发光器件,器件的最大发光效率为0.19 cd/A,最大亮度为143 cd/m2。
Two novel soluble Schiff base ligands and their zinc complexes were designed and synthesized using good charge donor N, N-diethyl modified ligands, and their electroluminescent properties were studied. Both ligands and complexes showed good luminescence properties. By increasing the conjugate structure of the ligands, the luminescence spectra of the materials were successfully adjusted. The absorption peak shifted from 397 nm to 429 nm, and the corresponding emission peak from Red shift to 560 nm at 543 nm. With the compound ZnDEDN as the doping guest material and the polymer PVK as the host material, an organic electroluminescent device with the structure of ITO / PVK: ZnDEDN / BCP / Alq3 / LiF / Al was prepared. The maximum luminous efficiency of the device was 0.19 cd / A, the maximum brightness of 143 cd / m2.
