通过建立数学物理模型,导出了激光宽带扫描转镜扫描角、扫描光斑轨迹的数学表达式,分析了有关参数对扫描光斑形状的影响,并用计算机模拟了不同参数下的光斑曲线.其结果对确定激光涂敷工艺有指导作用.
By establishing mathematical physics model, the mathematical expressions of scanning angle and scanning locus of laser wideband scanning mirror were deduced. The influence of the parameters on the shape of scanning spot was analyzed. The curve of spot under different parameters was simulated by computer. The results have a guiding role in determining the laser coating process.
